1% CheatCode provides digital content including email newsletters, subscriber-only posts, SMS drops, and other related offerings. Certain features may be available only to paid or founding subscribers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free subscribers receive limited content.

• Paid subscribers receive exclusive content as described at the time of purchase.

• Founding Members may receive additional perks.

• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Content Use

All content provided is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, effectiveness, or fitness of the content for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk. In no event shall 1% CheatCode or its owner be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
